In the message window, point to the numbers above your inbox. These numbers tell you how many messages are on the page and in your inbox. If you are using a desktop email client, such as Outlook or Thunderbird, it is possible that you accidentally deleted all of your emails.
Can someone please advise how to fx my Inbox which hhas suddenly changed to very small font and I cannot get it back to normal size. Have tried all the usual going through mail format etc.
Go to "Control Panel" > "Mail" > "Show Profiles" to create a new profile and add your email account to it. Repair Outlook Data Files. Corruption of the Outlook data file (.pst or .ost) can also cause synchronization issues. You can try running the Inbox Repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to check for and repair any corruption in your data file.

They should stay in the inbox in outlook on the web until you delete or move them. If you use Outlook desktop, you can set sync settings to control how much syncs down to outlook.
