Ally Bank Can't Login. by ZIP2C » Sat Dec 02, 2023 4:39 pm. I have been unable to Login to my Ally Bank account for several days now. When I attempt a Login, a sidebar appears that states “Signing in, Simplified. You no longer need to choose your account type”. Login loading.

I tried login in at 6:30am eastern time and it kept saying “invalid login name/ password”. So I called and there was a 1/2 hour wait time-. Got nervous - and asked the group if they were having a problem-. phxjcc. Posts: 1329.

Now when I click on update Ally Bank, it takes me to the Ally Bank website. From there I would need to individually download/update each account individually. Quicken no longer updates the Ally Bank accounts automatically. My account is set to web connect. There is a statement on the update page that says there is a new connection method.

Create two new individual accounts at Ally instead and use those for discretionary individual spending, one for each of you. Turn your current joint checking into the household account. Can create a new joint savings for emergency fund if desired. Then your login, alerts etc won't see her individual accounts. celia.
