    What happens? What method of setup are you using? Wps or the installation assistant? If you tried wps, try factory resetting it (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on) and then try the installation assistant.

    I haven’t been able to connect my device to the extender to setup the connection through a web browser. The WPS way doesn’t work either. If I connect the Ethernet to from my laptop to the extender will I be prompted? In the booklet it doesn’t give a way to hardwire connect from the extender to a device. Thanks for letting me know.
