    Ever since the update to the xfinity website I get stuck in a constant login loop.. I login to my account, say I wanna check my bill.. I have to login yet again.. and then it loads me to a billing page but then loads me back to the login page.. rinse repeat til I get fed up with it. This is just crazy..

    @XfinityJamesC I posted the reply below several days ago .... since then I have reduced my "Access Denied" rate to less than 10% by using my Windows 7 computer running Firefox 115.14esr, connecting directly to the modem, and always starting from the xfinity overview screen to start my login. I cannot explain why this works 90+%.

    If you click the connect tab at the bottom of the Xfinity app it should show you all the devices connected to your network. It will also show which ones are paused. Click the ones that are paused and on the next page you will see a blue bubble that says unpause.
