That screen is for logging into walmart work related things. And your people lead should have made sure you know your info before you even are set up with an account. You dont make it yourself.
It will tell you account already exists. Then press sign in and it will take you to another Walmart log in screen with a white background. If you forgot your username you can click forgot username. Same with password. It then let me sign in after I changed the password and recovered my username.

I had this problem. I entered the right Email Address and password, but it always popped out the message" Invalid username/password". I have never ever change the password or anything.
