When you open the email, you'll also see the Certified Mail banner above the message details. When you get a message that seems to be from AOL, but it doesn't have those 2 indicators, and it isn't alternatively marked as AOL Official Mail, it might be a fake email. OK, I found the problem. If I change my email, I get email with link to validate my email, and when I click on that link, validate works just fine, I just got "Your e-mail address has now been confirmed." scree. But, when you click link "Confirm your e-mail address" in E-mail section under "Your e-mail address is not yet authenticated.
Add, replace or remove AOL account recovery info.
