If you can’t receive emails or text messages from us, maybe because you lost or upgraded your phone or your email account was hacked, learn how to recover your account if you can't access the email or phone number on your account.
To recover an old account: Go to the profile of the account you'd like to recover. Click below the cover photo. Select Find support or report. Choose Something else, then click Next. Click Recover this account and follow the steps. You can learn more about hacked accounts.
