Everytime I try to login via routerlogin.net it ALWAYS takes me to the reset my password page where it asks for my serial number and security question. I've done it like 10 times. I've tried everything. I've powered down my router, clearched cache and cookies, done it on private browsing, forget the network.
1. ipconfig says I'm at 192.168.1.2 and the router is at 192.168.1.1; I launch IE or Chrome and enter 192.168.1.1 to the addressbar. 2. I'm asked for a login, suggesting "admin" and a string of asterisks in the password field. I try a login name of "admin" and "password" for the password field.
Hello hholstine. Go to a device that is connected to the wifi and then go to www.routerlogin.net then it will prompt you with a login use admin/password then you should be able to go to the wireless settings and see your password. DarrenM. Message 6 of 6. 0 Kudos.
2021-02-07 12:41 PM. The recovery questions are there if you've forgotten the password. Problem is, if you didn't set them up (or don't know them) they still ask the questions but there isn't a correct answer. If that's the case, you'd need to factory reset to get back to the defaults (and reinstall it) Message 2 of 3.
Guru. 2022-07-02 02:55 PM. Factory reset the router and setup using a wired PC and web browser. Walk thru the setup wizard there first. Be sure to write down important information for safe keeping. Then connect the NH app to the router.
I previously blocked some devices, now this time i wanna add a device and then i open 192.168.0.1 which is my ip address, and entering my id and password, then the weird thing happens, the page pops up is to reset password, not the setting page. And i can do nothing other than resetting my password....
