Hello @alisaf86 allow me to explain this for you. Both of our receivers set-up are good options, choosing either one depends on more of each customer needs. I called customer service to upgrade 1 receiver to the wireless receiver and was told that it would cost me $300 or $100 with a 2-year commitment. That is absurd!!!!! No other options. I don't mind paying $100 but I should not have to commit to a 2-year contract. I am ending my service on January 10, 2022 right after my NFL Package ends!!!!

Here is some information on how to reconnect your receiver. Try to restart the Wireless Video Bridge (WVB) and reset your wireless receiver first. That usually resolves most network problems. You can move wireless receivers to other rooms as long as they are within signal range of the WVB.

You would have the Genie receiver wired on one TV, a wireless video bridge (WVB) wired on the coax which is then wireless to any Mini Genie Client on your other TVs. There are only two models of wireless Clients (C41W and C61W). If you only have a single TV, then the Genie-2 (HS17) may be an option.
