I want to remove the text background of in the word, but all the following methods are useless. method1: home> Borders & Shading> No Fill . method2: home> highlight> none. mothed3: Cell fill>No Fill. method4: Clear all format / Body style. method5: Ctrl+shift+N / Ctrl +space / Crl+q. Here is the original file:

I suggest that you choose to go back if possible, go back to the state where you didn't set the image as the background, and delete it. Or, more directly, you could copy the content of your background image into another chapter and delete the notes from the current page. Feel free to post back if you need any further assistance. ^.^. I am trying to remove background colour behind text I have copied from my online learning portal, but I cannot find a way in Word to remove the background black. The only solution I have found is to copy and paste the text into a text file, then copy and paste the content back to Word.
Whenever I right click it, it takes me somewhere else instead of the usual options like deleting it. Also I try to drag it do the recycle bin it doesn’t do anything. I also tried to check my desktop files which shows all the thing on my desktop and it doesn’t appear there as well. So that’s how I’m stuck on how to remove this application.
