Best Buy or as we call it "Worst Buy", is going down the tubes the way Circuit City went. It has incompetent managers and untrained staff. Their auto installation shops are closing one after the other, they do not render any value added services and are quite a headache to deal with.

Bestbuy customer service sucks We bought a new refrigerator from Best-buy as well as paying for the installation of the water line for the ice maker. The refrigerator was delivered 10 days later which was not a problem.

When you called Customer Service did you call the local store or 1-888-BESTBUY? For online orders, you have to call 1-888-BESTBUY, as those of us in stores have absolutely no power to change anything. Another option that is typically quicker is to go to Best Buy's website and hit the blue "help tab" that pops up to the side of the screen.
Best buy customer service is an absolute joke. This whole company is turning into an absolute $#@ show. You're not alone, for sure. Take your money somewhere else and save yourself the time and headache. By the time you get those TV's, you will have practically paid double for them with your time.
Reason service is so bad at Best BUY is they literally made it where you get punished for selling stuff, unless it's a new credit card and or New Total tech. When I started with the company in 2015 you had rev per hour goals, accessories attach rate and services.
Just got off the phone with a rep from Best Buy. I’m have the Total Tech plan which covers products purchased. Got the plan when an LG Refrigerator was purchased. The plan is still current. Now, I’m being told that Best Buy does not show that I purchased the refrigerator, much less have the plan. Gave corroborating information.
